The laser tube of the laser cutting machine usually does not emit light. There are usually three cases. One is suddenly not emitting light, the other is that the light with the laser tube is getting weaker and weaker, and the last is that everything is normal when you start to use it. There is no light at boot.
Regarding the laser tube not emitting light caused by the above three conditions, the specific reasons are detailed below:
About the reason for not emitting light
Check the water circulation of the laser machine to see whether there is water from the nozzle. When the water outlet is normal, how long has it taken since the start machine? It takes one morning or more than two hours, please first check whether there is water in the outermost layer of the carbon dioxide laser tube. If there is water, so the water temperature is too high and the laser tube is blown up.
If there is no water in the outer layer of the laser tube, then we will check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply. Press it to see if the light is emitted. If it emits light, it means that the water protection device may be malfunctioning. The customer first checks whether the water outlet of the water protection is blocked, and then cleans the water protection, it is best to rinse with water.
At this time, we must pay attention to the water inlet and outlet of the water protection, absolutely not reverse, otherwise it will damage the laser tube. The second method is to first short-circuit the PG on the laser power supply (connect it with a wire) but at this time pay attention to check the water circulation, the water protection does not work, and avoid the laser tube from being damaged. If the light still does not come out, it means that the laser power supply is broken, and you can find the manufacturer to replace it.
About the reason why the light using laser tube is getting weaker and weaker
a. Check the water circulation of the laser machine. If the water flow does not circulate, please turn off the power and check whether the water pump or chiller plug is plugged in.
b. Check whether the ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If it is normal, it may be a problem with the laser tube. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it. If the ammeter is not normal, it is a problem with the laser power supply. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it.
Everything is normal at the beginning of use, and there is no light after a few days
a. Check the water circulation of the laser cutting machine to see if the water is flowing normally.
b. Check the ammeter of the laser cutting machine and press “Light” to see if the pointer of the ammeter is up. If it is below 5 MA, it means that the power supply is broken. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it.
c. If the ammeter does not move, check whether our laser switch is turned on. If it is turned on and then see if the laser power indicator is on, press the Absolute button on the laser power supply. To see if the pointer is moving. And less than 5 MA, the laser power supply is broken. Or the maximum light intensity and minimum light in the software are emphasized to 50%. Then press to see if the ammeter pointer reaches 10-12 MA. If not, it is the laser power supply or the motherboard problem.
